Ordering

How do I order on-line?

Ordering on-line could not be easier. To proceed with an order, firstly, click the ‘add to’ basket icon. You will then be required to select your chosen product(s) to add to your personal on-line basket, along with any option(s) you may have. To review your basket at any time during the ordering process, simply click the basket icon at the top right hand side of the ordering page, where you will be able to amend your shopping items, should you so wish.

Once you have completed the above process, please double-check your selected items to ensure that you are happy with your order, then proceed to the checkout to make your payment.

To do this, simply click on the ‘checkout button’ where you will gain access to our secure server. Please be aware that, for your added security, a lock icon will appear on your browser to highlight that you are in/ have entered a secure area. This can either been seen at the bottom right of your screen or at the top of your screen next to the url box.

If you are an Existing Customer

If you are an existing customer, then you will be asked to verify your email address and password.

If you are a New User

If you are shopping with us for the first time, you will be asked to create an account. Should you decide to shop with us again, and we hope that you do, this will enable you to order more quickly next time.

Creating an on-line account

Please complete the on-line form fully with the necessary details and click continue. Once an account has been created, you will be able to verify your basket selection.

Payment

Once you have selected your payment choice and payment have been successfully executed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. This will include your order reference number, order details, shipping address and estimated delivery time.

In most cases, you will be contacted with regard to a precise delivery date.

Which methods of payment can I use? / How do I make a payment?

There are a number of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Maestro, Switch and all major debit cards. We can also take cheques and postal orders or if you wish we can take a BACS payment. Please call if you have any further questions or plan on making a BACS payment.

Once you have made your selection and payment has been successfully executed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. This will include your order reference number, order details, shipping address and estimated delivery time.

In most cases, several days prior to delivery, you will be contacted with details of precise delivery information. Please note most deliveries are between 7am – 7pm and we are unable to specify an exact delivery time with our couriers.
